Having fun creating a card.

Card required was a thinking of you Grandad & he enjoys fishing.   Decided to have some fun & document the process.

Here was my starting point was
 unsure what I would use.

 Paper sprayed with water and
colours chosen placed down.

The first swipe though.  Not finished
yet so got the heat gun out to dry it.

 Second swipe through looking better.

Finally I added some brushed pewter
highlights.  Do you see what I see?
Could not have created that if I tried.
Love happy accidents :)

Distressed the edges of the red card
and inked around everything.

Tags I decided need to be held together
with a brad - red of course.

No card is complete without an inside.

Or the sticker on the back.

Completed card including envelope.
I decided to have the colour on the
outside this time & put a sticker on
for the address.  Hope you enjoyed
seeing this as much as I did making it :)

3 new cards

Used fab colour, age, initial & love of cooking

These last two were shoes/ handbags.
Enjoyed colouring the last one in.
Finally I'm starting to understand how
to use the water brush :)

30th birthday card

A card I made this morning.  Its
a similar theme I have used before.
They always look different with the
colours, age, decorations & loved that
this time I found a balloon or the 0.
